All of our wines are vinified and aged without sulphites.
A minimal dose of sulphur is added around April/May when bottling occurs.
AOP Saumur Champigny
This Saumur Champigny Tradition reveals an expressive nose combining red and black fruits.
Right from the offset this wine offers up fleshy substance on the palate which is lively and balanced. Pretty aromatics carried by light tannins which persist into a seamless finish.
An easy-to-drink everyday wine which is the perfect introduction to the red wine range.

Age of vines: 15 - 20 years
Soil type: Calcareous clay subsoil (tufa)
Yield: 55 hl/ha
Production: 25,000 bottles/year
Harvest: Hand-harvested
Vinification: Individual parcel vinification, very short fermentation to extract as much fruit as possible whilst keeping the tannins soft.
